"The female pharmacist that works here , acts more like a drug task force agent than just filling the prescriptions sent from my Doctor.Also she had the audacity to tell me that it is to early to refill a prescription (that was written by a pain management specialist that my primary doctor referred me to.)And "that's what happens when I go doctor shopping"Shame on her and this will be the last time I use this pharmacy how degrading."

"Every time the doctor prescribes some medication, and the prescription is filled at this pharmacy, the customer service has been excellent! From my observations, it appears as though the team in this pharmacy work very hard. However, It also seems they would benefit from hiring at least one or two additional techs, and the same number of pharmacists.The length of time I’ve been asked to wait has been reasonable; no longer than 5-10 minutes, and at those times they were very busy.This pharmacy is among the best in the Sturgeon Bay area. There are several other large chain pharmacies in Sturgeon Bay, however, for the prompt and professional service, the assistance the team has provided with insurance issues, and for the overall experience, I rate this pharmacy a solid five stars."

"I would like to commend your employee Gregory M Campbell RPh. We had some problems with a transfer of my husbands prescription from Florida to Wisconsin. It was blood pressure pills. He went above and beyond helping us, including arranging for some pills in a smaller dose to get him by. Then he followed up with a call. Very patient and professional. "Absolutely incompetent!!! They sent me a text message saying my prescription is ready, when I showed up the next day to pick it up, it took them over 30 minutes to tell me they didnt have an alcohol to mix up my ointment. Are you kidding me? I wasted my entire lunch break waiting there. First of all, dont text me saying its ready when you dont have all of the ingredients and second of all, what the hell were you doing for over half an hour to finally tell me you are missing one ingredient. I am switching pharmacies, my time is just way too precious. I wish I could give you zero stars!!!"
